Five core pages
Five pages designed around your business, plus the necessary legal pages. Additional pages are £150 each.
One-off website build
For businesses that prefer one project fee and want control after launch. I design and hand-build the website, then provide the project-specific source code, content and relevant assets so you can arrange hosting and future support your way.
What you get
The project covers the work needed to plan, build and launch a focused business website. Ongoing management is optional, not bundled in.
Five pages designed around your business, plus the necessary legal pages. Additional pages are £150 each.
A responsive, hand-built website shaped around your brand and customers rather than an off-the-shelf page template.
Clear page structure, metadata, speed optimisation and technical foundations for search visibility are included.
The website can include an articles section ready for content you publish and manage after handover.
I test the responsive layout, links, forms and essential technical setup before the website goes live.
Once the agreed project is complete and paid for, you receive the project-specific source code, content and relevant assets.
Scope made clear: the starting price covers five core pages plus legal pages. Extra pages are £150 each. Complex functionality, integrations, paid third-party services and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Ownership without ambiguity
After final payment, I provide the project-specific source code, website content and relevant assets. You can host the site with me, take it to another suitable provider or ask another developer to work on it.
The handover does not include my reusable internal tools, deployment systems or licences belonging to third parties—but it does include what you need to run your finished website.
A typical 4–6 week project
The timeline depends on receiving your content, feedback and approvals when agreed.
We agree the pages, goals, content responsibilities and any extras before work begins.
I establish the visual direction and page structure, then gather your feedback.
I develop the full responsive website and check the important details.
After approval and final payment, the site goes live and the project files are handed over.
Common questions
Not in the project fee. You can arrange them independently or ask me to quote for managed hosting and ongoing support after launch.
The standard build is lightweight and developer-managed rather than based on a visual page builder. We can discuss how you want to handle future content before choosing the right setup.
It is the normal delivery range, not an unconditional guarantee. Delayed content, feedback, approvals or added scope can move the launch date.
Choose a managed plan if you want hosting, maintenance, support and reasonable existing-page updates included rather than arranging them separately.
Tell me what the website needs to do and I will outline the pages, likely timeline and anything outside the starting scope before you commit.
