Scope made clear: reasonable edits to existing pages are included. New pages, major redesigns, new functionality, integrations and third-party costs are scoped and quoted separately.
What happens after 12 months
The website can leave with you
After the 12-month minimum, the subscription becomes monthly rolling. You can keep the managed service for as long as it remains useful or cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
If you leave after the minimum term, I provide a portable copy of the project-specific source code, content and relevant assets. You only need to arrange suitable hosting elsewhere.

Before you choose Essentials
Why is there a 12-month minimum?
I design and build the website upfront with no setup fee, then spread that cost across the subscription. Ownership does not transfer if the plan ends before the minimum term is complete.
Can I request as many edits as I like?
You can request reasonable text, image and layout updates to existing pages. I schedule them fairly alongside other client work. New pages or substantial new work are quoted separately.
Is Essentials right for regular articles?
Not usually. If publishing client-supplied articles and reviewing performance each month matters, the Growth plan is the better fit.
What do I need to provide?
Your business information, branding, images and timely feedback. I help shape the structure and advise on what each page needs to say.
